Hines fund sells two assets.

Hines, the international real estate firm, has closed another major transaction in Poland, less than a week after it was announced that the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) purchased five logistics parks. This time, the Hines International Real Estate Fund (HIREF) sold two office buildings, Neptun Office Center in Gdańsk and Sterlinga Business Center in Łódź to GTC.

Developed by Hines, both buildings define standards for office buildings in regional cities. Sterlinga Business Center is the only facility of this type in Łódź, being certified “EXCELLENT” against the BREEAM IN-USE scheme, whereas the 86-metre-tall Neptun Office Center was the first state-of-the-art high-rise in Gdańsk.Providing nearly 30,000 square metres of modern office space, the buildings stand out for their perfect location.
