Hines has building permit for Graffit Office Building.

Hines has announced that Graffit, the class a office building, has obtained the final building permit.

The building will be constructed at 28 Domaniewska Street in the Warsaw district of Mokotów, within a walking distance from Wilanowska Metro Station and in the vicinity of two major arterial roads, Wołoska Street and Niepodległości Avenue.

Graffit’s architectural project was designed by the Polish branch of London-based Rolfe Judd. The building will provide tenants with 18,500 square meters of Class A office space on seven stories, including approximately 1,900 meters of retail space. It stands out for its large typical floor area, a staggering 2,800 meters. The design also features a three-story underground car park with 357 parking spaces, as well as a complete infrastructure for cyclists, including parking spaces, changing rooms and showers.

“We are glad to have obtained the building permit and we are convinced that with its top quality, well thought-out architecture and particularly convenient location, Graffit will enjoy great interest among companies searching for an office in Mokotów,” said Marcin Ratajski, Project Manager, Hines.

The construction’s time schedule depends on the leasing progress of the building. Currently, the investor is organising a tender procedure to appoint the general contractor by the end of this year.

Project close out is scheduled for the second half of 2017.
